How Much Can I Order?
The amount of food you can choose will depend on your family size. Use the colorful chart below to find your family size. Then, take note of how many points you can use in vegetables, fruit, grains, dairy and meat.
Example: Family size of 1 can use 7 points for vegetables, 6 points for fruit, 5 points for grains, and 3 points for **dairy and meat. **
Each item you choose will have the number of points beside it.
Keep count of your points as you select items. If you select too many items, we will only pack what your points allow. If you don't select enough items, we will add to your order to total your points.
You can add special notes to each item you choose by going to your shopping cart in the top right corner (red dot with a number inside).
Select No SUGAR or SALT added items if you would like healthier items.
**ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE BASED ON AVAILABILITY. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIEVE IT IN YOUR ORDER, WE DO NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK. WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO PACK THE SPECIFIC ITEMS YOU SELECTED. **
Submitting Your Order
When you are finished making your selections, click the shopping cart in top right corner (red dot with number in it) to check out and follow prompts to place order.
You must sign in to place your order. If this is your first time placing an order online, you will need to create an account by selecting "NEW CUSTOMER".
Once signed in, select the delivery date and time that Nourish Up has scheduled you for.
You will know your order is complete when you receive a 4 digit confirmation number! Example: 3454
